ShopNest — E-Commerce Platform

The Challenge

ShopNest was running on a generic Shopify setup that could not handle their flash sales — the site would crash within minutes of a sale going live, costing them lakhs in lost revenue. They also needed advanced inventory management across 6 warehouses.

Our Solution

We built a fully custom PHP/MySQL e-commerce platform with Redis caching, a queue-based order processing system, and a real-time inventory sync engine across all warehouses. The architecture was designed to handle 5,000 concurrent users without degradation.
